About

About me:

I am a woman in the UK who was diagnosed with ADHD in late 2015, after years of struggling with symptoms. Now at 28, I see the medication prescribed to me as a huge opportunity for change, and firmly believe that a person has to put the work in, alongside taking their medication, in order to see positive results following diagnosis.

This blog is the result of things I’ve tried and learned, things I’ve read, products I’ve tried and a little bit of everything else.

It’s important to note that I’m not a doctor, and anything you read on this site is not intended as medical advice. Go see your actual GP for medical advice.

Just as a disclaimer, I do accept commissions for sponsored posts, reviews and some posts contain affiliate links. All these things will be clearly signposted where they crop up.
